MILTON'S
CHILI
RECIPE
(Given to L.J.
12-17-1996)
3 # Ground Chuck Beef (Coarse
ground)
2 cans of Swanson Beef
Broth
1 whole onion
1 clove of garlic
small can of tomato sauce. (no tomato
paste)
2 Packs of
Texas Chili (brown
packages)
With the beef, add 2 cans of beef broth, with one
chopped onion and one chopped garlic. Cook until done, do not over
cook.
Add tomato sauce.
Simmer for 2-3-
hours.
(Do not add beans)
If beans are wanted, cook some pinto beans and then
drain their juice, ... add them
last.
